Full Biography

Transformed from humble beginnings, such roots in which he carries with him today, Joseph stands atop the podium today as a testament to his unrivalled passion for racing. Having grown up in Macclesfield, where the roar of the racetrack was a distant prospect, Joseph developed a relentless desire to conquer the track. His unwavering determination, resourcefulness and countless hours of dedication were the fuels that inspired him. Joseph career began in karting, specifically in NatSKA Class 11, back in 2016. Remarkably, Joseph was victorious straight out of the blocks in his first season behind the wheel, winning the championship in its entirety. In the year that followed, Joseph made the step into Senior NatSKA Class 12, finishing the season in 4th with multiple wins under his belt.
 
A further step up for the 2018 season saw Joseph move into Class 15 Junior Rotax, whereby he finished 2nd in the championship. A hugely impressive debut in car racing followed in 2019, ending the year runner up overall, and boasting a double victory at the demanding Anglesey circuit. His ascent from the world of karts into cars, was not without its challenges, yet his pure perseverance couldn’t be halted. What would follow in 2020 was nothing short of exceptional, with Joseph winning eight out of eight races in the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship and picking up the championship trophy at Croft – winning with an incredible 50 points in hand.

Word of the young prodigy spread like wildfire as he climbed up first through British F4 – finishing 6th in his debut season in single seaters in 2021, followed by 5th in 2022 – and onto GB3. 2023’s opener couldn’t have gone much better, winning the opening round from pole position – a textbook story of underdog triumph. It would be a debut season of varied fortune; in with a chance of the title until the very end. Yet, it would be the closing stages of the year that saw Joseph take home an additional trophy, having been selected as the Aston Martin Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year. The culmination of Joseph's unwavering belief was evident for all, including the likes of Formula 1’s Toto Wolff and Christian Horner, to see. Nonetheless, Joseph acknowledged his family, friends, team, sponsors, and fans up on stage, recognizing his ascendancy as a collective effort. Racing has become not just a passion for Joseph, but a calling. Each of his past victories is not only a testament to his driving prowess but an etching into the books of racing history.
